HONCO Delivers HFQA-1600W Slitter Rewinder to Republic of Belarus, Offering Versatility for Paper Processing

November 2025 — HONCO has successfully delivered the HFQA-1800 roll-to-roll slitter rewinder to a customer in Republic of Belarus. The machine is engineered to handle paper film. Non-woven fabric and variety materials, meeting the client's requirement for a large-format, high-efficiency slitting solution.

Featuring a shaftless unwind system with a Italy RE pneumatic brake, the machine accommodates material rolls up to 1400 mm in diameter, with a maximum rewind diameter of 1200mm. It is equipped with both razor and rotary shear knives, allowing it to cleanly slit a variety of materials. A standout feature is its quick-change capability: switching from a rotary bottom knife to a grooved roller takes approximately 10 minutes, significantly reducing downtime and enhancing operational ease.

Following thorough testing to ensure all components operated stably and reliably, the machine was delivered in June 2025.
