HONCO Delivers HKS-1100W Roll to sheet cutting machine to Argentina, Enhancing Paper Production Efficiency

November 2025 — HONCO has successfully delivered its HKS-1100W roll to sheet cutting machine to a customer in Argentina. The machine is designed specifically for cutting paper/film/adhesive sticker/non-woven fabric and features an integrated conveyor stacker to streamline subsequent packaging processes.

The Argentina customer required a reliable solution for precision cutting and efficient stacking to support their packaging workflow. The HONCO HKS series, proved to be an ideal match for their operational needs.

Equipped with a shaftless unwind system and two sets magnetic powder brake, the HKS-1100W supports material rolls up to 1400 mm in diameter and max load weight 2000kg, ensuring smooth and stable unwinding. Additionally, the machine includes a German-made Leuze color register, which enables exact tracking of printed eye marks for highly accurate cuts and consistent output quality.

Prior to shipment, the slitter rewinder underwent comprehensive testing to verify all functions and was dispatched in November,
