A client in Turkey approached us to develop a customized roll-to-sheet cutting machine for their hamburger paper packaging line. Currently in Europe, hamburger paper must be manually loaded into the heat shrink machine after cutting. To improve efficiency, they inquired whether we could design a fully automated production line to streamline this process.
Initially, we recognized this as a highly challenging project due to the client’s specific requirements:
After redesigning and manufacturing, the cutting machine was completed two months later, Since the client required multiple slit sizes, we integrated an Italian Delsar pneumatic
knife for easy adjustment .
However, during integration with the heat shrink packaging machine’s conveyor belt, we encountered another issue:
This introduced new challenges, requiring us to develop a completely new conveyor belt system, which would involve additional time and cost.
After internal discussions, we prioritized delivering a high-performance stable machine for our client. Ultimately, we decided to invest additional funds to complete the new conveyor belt design.
After three months of continuous research and testing, it was finally successful running, And deliver this week.
